Refund policy

In the Wood Botanicals will accept for return or exchange, only purchased items that were damaged in transit, incorrect items sent, or items not as described. We do not accept returns for any purchases based on unread descriptions or differing results than expected. 

All sales are final. We cannot accept cancellations once an order is placed.

We are not held responsible for lost packages once the tracking history states 'Delivered' or 'Notice Left.'

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide a description of your problem, along with photos if the item is damaged.
